Terms of Service

bipko is a creative workspace supplied by WACKIES INC, a company registered in South Korea. These terms apply to the bipko website, waitlist, and the bipko service when available. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Important paid-plan details shown at checkout also form part of your purchase terms.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are a minor, use bipko only with any consent required by applicable law. Give accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity on your account unless the law provides otherwise.

You retain ownership of the images, videos, documents, boards, storyboards, and other material you upload or create. You give bipko a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, display, and share that content only as needed to provide the features you use, including collaboration and export. Make sure you have the rights needed to upload and share your material. Other collaborators may see content you choose to share with them.

Do not use bipko to infringe another person's rights, upload unlawful or harmful material, access another account without permission, interfere with service security, or use automated access in a way that harms the service or other users. We may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms, and will provide notice when practicable.

Some features may use AI or third-party services. AI output can be inaccurate and should be reviewed before publication or commercial use. Third-party services may have their own terms. We will identify material third-party or paid features before you use them.

bipko is not taking subscription payments yet. Waitlist registration is free, closes when the service officially launches, and does not authorize a charge. After launch, eligible waitlist members will receive a separate link or code to start a Starter or Pro subscription at 50% off the regular monthly price. That discount continues while the resulting paid subscription remains active. The exact launch date has not been set. When paid plans launch, the checkout will show the price, billing interval, currency, applicable taxes, and any promotional terms before payment. Planned payments are in USD. If Paddle is enabled at launch, Paddle will be the merchant of record and authorized reseller for those transactions, while WACKIES INC supplies bipko. Purchases through Paddle are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. A monthly plan renews automatically until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops the next renewal if completed before that charge. Cancellation and refund rules are set out in the Refund Policy; any mandatory consumer rights and applicable Paddle buyer terms continue to apply.

We may develop, change, or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid users when practicable. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Planned features and launch pricing on the waitlist page may change before paid checkout, unless a specific offer is separately confirmed to you.

You may ask to close your account by contacting us. We may suspend or end access for serious violations of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements. Your content remains yours; see the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion information. Canceling a subscription does not by itself delete your account.

We are responsible for losses to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Korean law applies unless mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern; you may also use any court or dispute process available by law.

We may update these terms and post the new effective date here. Material changes will be communicated in advance when required by law.
